I live in Virginia and my mother is in N.Y. Not knowing anything about Home Care Agencies in NY I researched many companies and just had a good feeling about this company. I was right with my feelings from my first contact with Deborah the Coordinator, Kim and the other ladies in the office that I have had numerous phone call with even during the weekend, and then with the awesome, professional, good-natured home attendants that are taking care of my mother. This company has gone above and beyond with assisting me with getting home care assistance for my mother so she can come out of a nursing home and live comfortably in her own home. Not having any real family in NY this agency assisted me with having quality care, medical emergencies, listening to my concerns and assisting me to come up with good solutions for care for my mother. I am not sure if I would have received this assistance from another Home Care Agency but I am very glad that I picked Gentle Hands Home Care to provide services to my mother at her home. I am appreciative to this company for helping me through a rough time.
